Not packaged well

I thought they'd be packaged well but they weren't. My packaged plants passed through at least 6 hands according to tracking history. I would have preferred it to be packaged in a box not just a shipping bag. It lost a lot of leaves on the plants when i opened it up. Probably because the shipping bag didn't say fragile anywhere so it wasn't handled with care. It loses a lot of leaves every day. I have it in Flora gravel and have two strips of LED lights in my 36gallon hexagon tank.i don't want to bother sending it back because it will just be shipped the same way on a new order. I hope the plants will start to strengthen before it loses all its leaves. Ive provided pictures of it so you can see it lost a lot of leaves but hopefully it will strengthen now. Its the red leaved plant.

Love it. My only downside is i have to set it at 85°F in order for the water to be 74°F.

Sorta works

I had the blue green slime on my rock crevices and on my live plants. I followed the instructions and by day 6 it marginally took some of it away. But it is still not gone completely. So it sorta works.
