Well used but works great -- get a soft lid for it though

The blender is well used. We had to get a second one because the first one's container bearing for the blades was worn out (when you spin it by hand, it was rough/clunky feeling). They replaced the whole unit immediately, very good service. The second one was like the first, cracks on the flipup lid, however the LED backlight on the face of it is very dim and the black lid for the blender jar was hard, wouldn't hold in liquids when the system was turned on. We bought a new lid for it that is soft rubber which holds in the liquids without any problem ($10). Other than that, works GREAT! We have used it for a variety of things: green drinks, smoothie types, ground flour, and olive leaf drink. It is a very powerful motor. The programming works very nicely: start it up and it takes care of the slow/fast speeds in sequence. It is more powerful and efficient than our Vitamix. It's a power hog but it is so quick we can deal with that. We are very happy with the product performance.
