HFS Coaxial Centering Indicator Co-Ax Precision Milling Machine Test Dial CNC

The grade and quality is perfect for home and most machine shops (price vs quality). Chances are a tool machinist and mitutoyo fan boys will put this indicator down. But for the price mine works within tenths (at least min did) was only .0002" high on one side where the tapped hole for the holder is. While i am sure i can take it to my tool machinist at my work here and get it within μm i think that would be overkill. It's easy to use easy to setup with the 3/8" shank, has good range ±.25 able to tram and make parts within ±.003 on a 3in1, which says a lot.

So far one of the best choppers for the price.

The best drivers i have are pwm based and these ones almost meets them in pulse and control of stepper motors.

Absolute upgrade needed for CAD/ENGR applications.

I'm stuck with a older M6300 so yes an i7 is faster even and i5/i3 is but for those limited like me it's well worth it. The 6mb cache blows my 2mb out of the water when multitasking and no more crashing while doing simulations or renderings. With a speed boost you can see; renders go about 30-40% faster & simulations are about 25-40% faster. Next on the Block for upgrading to 8gb pc-6400 which should compliment the processor.
