  JRclocker was very vigilant in tracking our order as it was shipped to us in FL, then all of a sudden, the tracking info shows it was shipped to another state away from FL. I think the package visited more state facilities than I have visited. After alerting JRclocker of not receiving package, he immediately set out to resolve the delivery problem.
