Mercury New OEM Timing Belt 20140, 60508

Mercury part

The quicksilver package states it's a division of Mercury. It appears to be identical to the original timing belt that had broken. Good quality OEM belt.

Premature battery failure

I've only used 1 of 2 of the batteries. I purchased this product since it was a near identical replacement for a dead cell in one of my power tool batteries. This battery is exactly the same type, mAh rating, voltage, and dimensions, and it has a slightly better temperature rating. I replaced the dead cell with one of these, and used by Milwaukee drill a few times over the past 5 months. Over the weekend, I used the battery pack containing one of these cells with my cordless Milwaukee circular saw. No more than 1 or 2 seconds into a cut, and this battery pack failed. I took it apart and found the top of this particular cell had blown out. All of the other older cells appear to have no damage. Due to the ratings being so close I am guessing the quality of this particular battery cell is inferior and basically exploded (blew the end out and really black) due to the load from the saw. The other cells in the battery pack are about 3 years old, and have given no indication of weakness, explosion, etc. I'll try the second cell, but I'm very concerned about it exploding. Buy with caution. Probably need to stay away from high current uses (drills, impacts, saws).
