  The item ordered is not the item delivered nor is the item new but was opened previously. Seller sent an item that a dozen other sellers list for $6-$9 and is not the item I wanted, hence I paid three times more for the item the seller listed but didn't ship. This seller is a crook. This is my first and last experience with Ebay. I searched through multiple vendors for the porcelain tea set that matches the one my daughter received for her birthday years ago but broke recently.
