So a good desoldering setup is crucial, but if you have it, 10 minutes, a perfect fit!!!
GE WD28X10284 Lower Dish Rack Assembly

Doesn't fit!
Looks like GE changed the design and discontinued the WD28X10335. This is the correct part according to GE but different design than original rack that came with dishwasher. The new wheels are thin. This rack would not fit without modifications. Distance between wheels too narrow; rack kept falling into bottom of dishwasher. Finally had to take wheels off original rack and put on this rack, which are wider. That, along with a little bending, made the new rack fit.
