Prefer strips over dots
The silicone portion is fine. The adhesive/plastic around it, the sticky portion, caused irritation that was worse than the actual scar. I'm not one who often has ski allergic reactions. Definitely prefer the cut-to-size strips version, but had to give this a try to see if I could skip the tedious cutting.

MEDIUM strength is great for DELICATE surfaces
This MEDIUM strength Scotch purple painters tape is great for delicate surfaces that cannot withstand the more tacky Scotch Blue painters tape.

Great sturdy inexpensive accurate tuner w/ large color display.
Sturdy (hinged joint instead of ball&socket) & very visible. Good cushion on contact points.
