Great sound, unreliable features
7 of 9 found this helpful First of all, I bought this because of the great reviews online. The sound is indeed great especially for music. As for the advertised features? It’s a hit or miss. I get frustrated by connectivity issues. It takes a lot longer to establish connection with my iPhone XS Max. Compared to my jabra elite 65t, this takes too long to establish connection via Bluetooth (I’d say the sonys take 10 seconds on average while the jabras are instantaneous). Using each earbud individually can be frustrating at times. I get instances where removing one earbud would shut down the other and I have to put it back in the case to activate one ear bud again. I have done a factory reset and this issues would still pop up. The only reason I’m keeping this is because of the sound profile and ability to use each ear bud independently. I use my jabras still for commuting and phone calls. These Sony’s are just for Music and movies
