  Seller went above and beyond by putting the paper item in a cardboard surrounding so that the item would not get bent in the mail. I really appreciate that they went above and beyond to make sure that the item stayed good. Yes, the item is as described, exceeded the value that I invested in terms of pleasure, and the shipping was fast and on time.

  Worst thing I’ve ever got from eBay I received it with a huge crack in the back of it even though it was listed as brand new & sealed but I did receive a refund for it but I still wouldn’t trust this seller

  I issued a full refund as soon as the buyer alerted me that the DVD arrived damaged. Since the DVD was in a new, sealed package as advertised I did not open it to inspect the DVD prior to shipping; therefore, I am not sure whether the disc was damaged in transit or was broken to begin with. As you'll note from my other feedback, hundreds of other buyers have noted how careful I am about packaging my items. Thanks for the opportunity to clarify.
