I was after the heated masks as in photo but got cooling ones in error. Seller was good enough to offer partial refund which in reality made sense or I would have lost everything so I accepted it. The items were new and well packed so might do for something as I still have them.

Only critics is the hose is rather inflexible, otherwise works ok
