Great overnight absorbency with no leakage

I have been buying these for my Mom for several years now. This pull on will absorb 37 oz of liquid and there have been no problems with leakage, even overnight. This is great for people with limited mobility because it means you aren't having to change bedding in the middle of the night. Since the cloth-like fabric backing is breathable it really reduces the incidence of irritated skin and ammonia burn.
