lightweight but hard to get the hang of
This ring is ok if you can get the hang of it , unfortunately i couldn't and a part of my skin would get stuck in the black part when tightening. Wouldn't recommend buying unless familiar with this.

seems to work pretty well for me
have picked up quite a bit of mass since buying and using. I work out almost everyday for at least half hour and I've seen an increase in both size and mass seems like a good product will continue to use to reaching desired results if permitted.
