  Item description as like new but came scratched, royal mail charged me an extra £1.50 so on asking for the seller to resolve this they blamed me and royal mail, called me cheap for paying twice on delivery yet admitted they posted 2nd class, in the end I had to gey ebuy to step in, the dvd was not only dirty it smelt.
