My Favorite VCR
The Mitsubishi U560 is my favorite VCR. It has many useful functions and features in addition to the usual functions. Variable speed cuing through the use of the rotary apparatus on the remote permits finding a particular point on the tape accurately, easily, and quickly. In pause mode, this enables the user to cue a tape to an exact frame, which helps produce professional quality edits. The ability to set an index mark so a particular point on a tape is very useful, as is the ability to remove such points. The PerfecTape function, which indicates the quality of the tape, is very handy, and can also be defeated if that is the user's wish. Other useful features include tape length, recording speed, record and playback audio settings, counter reset, one-touch record settings - all of which, and more, are easily available for use with a well-designed and ergonomic remote control.

Grateful Dead : Infrared Roses - True fans' collections are incomplete without this CD.
I've gone to dozens of Dead shows. When they went to Drums > Space, I went to the bathroom. This album collects several great examples of what I'd missed. Well recorded and presented, with detailed notes about who was playing what instruments. It's a side of Grateful Dead's music that serious Dead heads should have in their collections. True fans' collections are incomplete without this CD.

Good condition. The Torin is a better quality than the usual model I get. It seems to have a solid one-piece sole, whereas the Hurricane, the type I usually get, has treads glued onto the sole, and that is where they fail - the treads come loose. That won't happen with these.
