Light, responsive and a real piece of eye candy
A true masterpiece for the beginner. Straight out of the box it felt special. My daughter thinks it's the prettiest guitar in the world and it has the most beautiful sound; full, round and delicate. Playing appegio or strumming, it performs very well and is hitting well above it's weight regarding price. You simply cannot go wrong with this guitar. Yes, it for the beginner because it is so forgiving to play, but should be the go-to instrument for years to come.
Regarding the build, the guitar has been expertly assembled and has a presence which is very pleasing to the eye. The elbow/arm relief is well placed and makes it easy to pick up and play. It is light too, which is only a positive, so the sound should mature as the years pass.
The Sauce top has ultra-tight grain which I found impressive and its' sound is nice and flat, but does have some promise of a bell tone type sound as it matures.
the electronics are well designed and thoughtfully set out which will provide plenty of recording and play back options when playing either in a studio or live.
Back and sides of the body are capped with gorgeous binding and the depth of the finish is one that you could dive into.
All in all, this Caraya guitar is an absolute bargain and sits very well next to my Taylor 518e.

Cricket Stumps expertly made :-)
Really strong build, these stumps should last for at least a season or two. They are sturdy and have come under attack from our fast bowler son who loves them. Many thanks for that.
