  Extended a best offer and received a counter offer that I took the next morning but supposedly the card sold in their store and it is no longer available. In this scenario, I turned down another counter offer for this item. If you are going to list live inventory on eBay, please do your due diligence of keeping items updated otherwise you'll continue to have these poor customer experiences.   I feel like I communicated as fast as I could. I can’t be on eBay and in my shop at the same time. Just terrible timing, I apologized and refunded as soon as it was caught (under 2hrs). Just disappointed in the review since I refunded and communicated what happened so fast. I’m sorry again for the inconvenience.
