Needs a Verizon Sim Card, but it's a great phone.
I ordered this phone two weeks ago and it arrived dead. But the return was painless and immediate. The second phone arrived VERY quickly (Less than twenty four hours later, somehow.) and functions beautifully. It will claim that you can't use it without a Verizon SIM Card, but I was able to bypass it. I only need it for its camera feature and GPS. Note that the closest zoom on the camera is fairly pixelated. It came with Google Maps, which found my coordinates immediately.
