    The drill/driver with charger and case kit was listed as being "used" because I don't think "barely used" is an option. The drill looked it has been used only once, then stored in its case for the past 7 years. Sure, there's no batteries, but that was listed in the description. Foam was stuffed in the case to ensure nothing rattled around in transit, and the box was foam lined to protect the case further. Purchased Wednesday, shipped Thursday, delivered Saturday. Great service!
