Excellent product

Compared to the cheap FT232RL, this performs much better and drivers are easily available from silicon labs website. It would not work straight out of the box with a standalone arduino. The reset pin from the arduino should be connect to RTS pin rather than the DTR pin. Noticeable difference is seen when transferring sketch of size 30kb or more. Just takes 2seconds where the FT232RL would take 4 seconds.

Delay timer for spot welding
