BEFORE YOU BUY.....Read ingredients vs other similar products
So dissapointed ! I should have looked closer at the ingredients and size. There are so many other healthy shakes that have more vitimains and minerals than OPTIFAST...ie. MM Muscle Milk Zero has no sugar and only 110 mg sodium,and 100 calories. OPTIFAST has 8% sugar and 300 mg sodium and 160 calories ! Also I was surprised at the small size of OPTIFAST 237 mg vs 330 mg for Muscle Milk. Could go on, but check out first for yourself before you purchase......and check out the price difference !!!
