  Seller did not fully disclose condition of the item in the listing. Right after it was paid for, seller then says its missing battery cover. (he gave me a refund for battery cover) Three days after that item still has not shipped and seller refunds the sale and said it also has a broken speaker and games do not load. Meanwhile I have already ordered replacement parts in anticipation of its arrival. NOT COOL! If its broken list it as such!! I'm stuck with parts for a GBC that will never ship

  Posting shows a charger. Also, the post doesn't say no charger. When I receive the product with out the charger I gave him a chance to make it right. He said he would ship a charger to me but never did and now will not respond to any of my messages.
