Works well. Especially when you're middle rollers keep failing/ breaking.
In perfect condition. The door works flawlessly now. I accidentally broke the pull cords so now the door doesn't open automatically. But I'm sure when I replace that it will work perfectly. When I open it manually I have to be careful not to pull it too hard because it's slides so effortlessly now. It used to feel like pulling 50lbs. So I sometimes look like the person who gets ready to pick up a box labeled 50lbs but then it ends up only weighing 1 lb. I'm sure my neighbors get a good laugh when I forget that it doesn't take much effort. I went through two door rollers before I realized that my track was what was causing the rollers to break in the first place.

This saved me nearly $1000.
This saved me close to a thousand bucks. It works great. I did notice that my door latches a little slower than it used to, but at least it actually latches, and the automatic door works again.
