Fantastic headset

Ruined a perfectly good PS4
3 of 5 found this helpful My company was doing some charity work for a special needs child in our neighborhood whose father accidently broke the HDMI port on his PS4. My son who has a master degree in computer engineering told me to send it to these guys. He could do the repair but did not have time. Lack of communication was immediate I had to ask twice about the status of said repair. When we got the board back my son was very unhappy. The solder joints were very sloppy and they used a cheap aftermarket HDMI port. We still re assembled the PS4 cleaning the old thermal paste off and reinstalling new. The PS4 will now not turn on longer than 1-2 seconds. This company is not taking any of the blame or tried to help in any way. 0 stars
