Easy to follow
I bought the Deal A Meal program way back in 1989 and lost 20 pounds in almost 2 months. And I wasn’t starving and I was eating healthier than ever. Throughout the years I followed this. Eventually I threw the cards away which was stupid. I am so glad I was able to purchase this program again. I’m already feeling good and am 3 pounds lighter than the beginning of the week. Highly recommend. Would be nice if Richard would do an updated version of this program but it’s still very easy.
