  The pictures clearly showed the condition of the case as was communicated to the buyer. The buyer refused to acknowledge their lack of diligence, and abused the return system by claiming the item was damaged in transit and thus making me pay for their error. Their admission in this post that it was cracked prior to his purchasing only the abuse of the return system.
