Arrived damaged and heavily used
13 of 13 found this helpful The generator looks nice and has many features. I took a chance on the refurb considering that eBay guaranteed it in as new condition. The generator arrived with a damaged on/off switch. It was still barely function but twisted and bent to the side. Another 5 more uses the switch would have ejected and/or stopped working. Additionally the generator was heavily scuffed and dirty. Looked like they didn't even wipe clean the unit before sending. I tested the generator and noticed that the engine kept revving up and down while idling. Not sure how this unit passed a certified refurbished inspection. I returned and purchased another in hopes that this was just a unit that wasn't inspected.
