Fun inspiration for a more active lifestyle
1 of 1 found this helpful The intriguing adventures of Itzler and Seal make a fun simple read. The short chapters are compelling even to those who won't start Crime & Punishment or Lord of the Rings. While doing what Seal expects of Itzler may be insane, for me the book has been an inspiration to run a bit more and to take more pushups than before. Seal pushes Itzler to finish high numbers, even if he can't do it all in a row. Simple and fun language make this a quick, but very inspiring read.
