Excellent, gorgeous, well-built product, a pleasure.
The quality is superb. You need a good grinder but when you play around with the grind and the strength on the machine. The coffee pot dribbles if you are not careful, but it's not hard to be careful. If not this, then I would have gone to a Jura or like machine; more complicated, likely to jam or break, tidier maybe but more complicated.Imagine having to call a big brand service line! Ouch. Life is complicated enough and this fits the bill very well!
