SKAGEN MEN'S GRENEN TITANIUM WATCH

The internal hours from 13 to 24 are a boon when you're not in the military and you're looking up train times on a website! Easy to read and yet unobtrusive its comfortable steel band has an adjustable clasp for varying the wrist size to suit you. It is closed with the normal Skagen "click" to confirm that its tight.
Note of caution: Be very careful and follow the Skagen instructions on unclipping and then confirming the new position when altering the clasp position on the band. Get it wrong and you'll bend the clasp wire and need a new one ~ that can be an expensive replacement.

Suunto Mosquito
An aging classic that still delivers excellent performance. Generally OK for up to 600 hours they do occasionally fall short of that goal. Go for one with the shortest possible dive history. Be wary of someone selling one without a battery in it, a commonplace CR3032 can be easily fitted by anyone who can make a cup of tea. The lack of a battery to check the dive history could be the sign of a "dodgy" model, so best avoided if you can. Mares now have a comparable, possibly better, model [Mares Smart dive watch computer] available at £170 to £190 but with these old units selling for £70 - £90 you'd be daft not to think about saving some bucks for your next diving holiday. Then again as your life can depend on what your dive computer tells you you may opt to spend the additional cash, as ever it's entirely your choice. I know and trust the Mosquito and bought one second hand with 25 hours on it for under £90. It'll be my last Suunto - I'll be switching to Mares when this one dies.
