easy to use, doesn't tear skin
1 of 1 found this helpful PROS This Donner Sleeve makes putting on compression socks so much easier. I have trouble gathering up the leg portion and stretching it enough to get it over my husband's feet. This just rolls on, a bit snugly, but easily. Sometimes sliding the foot with sleeve on it forward on the floor helps get it over the heel. The skin is fragile and this rolls over it (and any necessary bandages) with out tearing the skin.
CONS The Tower made for this was too expensive for me (over $30), so I made one from 2" PVC pipe about 4 feet long. (I set it on the floor, put the sock on it, put the sleeve on it and roll it onto the sleeve. I tried using my small arm but it was too awkward. See my pictures.
