    Buyer was quick to send this negative feedback with no effort to communicate or seek resolution. Upon learning of this error on my behalf I have attempted to communicate with buyer to resolve the issues. No responses. They offered no clarity on what was damaged as both dolls left in great condition. I have issued a full refund of the transaction to offset the additional shipping costs in effort to resolve this issue. My apologies and I hope you enjoy them. Been in my family since '81.
