Well built, great design, great product.
This is a great product. I've cooked fish my entire life and never used anything like this. Even heat distribution of the oil make it fry faster and cleaner. Easy to clean so oil last longer. I used one to cook fish for a 35 person wedding reception and had to have one for myself!
