SIZZIX Sidekick Die Cutting & Embossing Machine Replacement Plates Pair

These work just like the original . . .

These work just like the original, but to use your thin dies with the sidekick you must get the colored cutting plates which are thicker. The sidekick was designed with the thought of selling exclusive die sets which are thick like the sizzix "decorative strips" dies(some of which need the extended length plates). I used my new replacements to cut those with no problems, but without shims of some kind there's no cutting the thin dies.

Lighweight, etc.

The "fluff" of the lining is not too thick. At first I thought I would be disappointed because of that, but these are warm and cozy at 45 degrees with no other leg covering. They washed well ( I used my washer on permanent press setting with all my regular wash, but I don't really recommend that because something could snag the nylon surface.) I thought they were short for my 5'7" frame because they hit about 1" above the ankle wearing LARGE. I recommend these.
