    Wow, what could have broken ABS plastic like that? I use soft packaging with multiple layers of cushioning to keep drop damage to the minimum (like crumple zones in cars). Drop damage is the most common damage. This was uncommon damage. Someone crushed it. Not sure if a box would have saved it.
