OK but poor display and G4510 printer is identical and cheaper
5 of 5 found this helpful Technically printer seems OK so far, BUT the 2 line display is poor. It is only readable under good light, as it is not illuminated or backlit, and the menu is difficult to navigate. And in case anyone wanted to know difference between Canon Pixma G4511 and Canon Pixma G4510, they are the same, except Canon includes an extra bottle of ink with the G4511 so that they can claim 12000 black pages, but ink tank can only hold enough ink for theoretical 6000 pages, then you have to refill the tank with second bottle to get claimed 12000 pages. As the Canon Pixma G4510 is generally much cheaper than g4511, you are better off buying the G4510 and then buying second bottle of ink later if and when you need it.

OK but.....
2 of 3 found this helpful Seems OK, but in my opinion I would prefer the security of circlips holding the handle onto the heavy roller, rather than simply rely on the rigidity of the handle to stop roller coming off. Roller already has the circlip grooves on the shaft, so it would only be a couple of pence to provide 2 extra washers and 2 circlips. Supplier advised that new design didn't need the circlips. Supplier may be correct, but nevertheless I am expressing my opinion which could be wrong.
