Dead on Arrival

Phone did not work. The first time I plugged it in, the screen flashed for a split second then turned back off. It has remained unresponsive since. I have tried different chargers for it with no change. I may play around with it to see if I can fix it when I have time and will update review as appropriate, but the only real reason I wanted it was for a cheap backup camera for Halloween as well as the nostalgia of having a working S4 again, neither of which is a very pressing concern anymore. It did arrive on time with a case FWIW.
