  The photoscanner is as described. The power adapter was missing. I send a message in English to the seller, via the ebay message box. At first the seller didn t respond. Later he did, and explained that he tought my message was spam. For some reason Ebay had automatically translated my English message to German. Strange. (And I m Dutch). After we made contact, everything went very well. I got a refund for the missing adapter. Positive contact and communication!
