Useful little stucker
If you have ever seen holes on the inside of your some of your shoes caused by your foot (and sock) rubbing against the surface, this kind of patches are exactly what you need. I happen to have mine right at the heel area. So far among everything I've tried none of them worked nearly as well as this. I'll give the rough blister prevention rate on different products here, and the numbers can speak for themselves:
Patches (this product): 100%
Apply-on anti-friction stick: 20%
Thick socks with thin, inside liner socks specifically labeled to prevent blisters: 0%
Thick socks: 0%
Double socks: 0%
No socks: 0%
