Blind-sided

I purchased the stereo receiver and it came with the wrong remote. I contacted them and they gave me a minor refund to purchase the correct remote control. I spent more money sending the other remote to them than I would have purchasing it. It's unfortunate. Please pay attention to details. Regardless, the item constantly turns off everyday while using the receiver. Very inconvenient, normally during the most important viewing moments.
