People red some idea of what they are going to attempt to cook
Just pages of recipe’s. Not a single photo of how the finished meal should look and as most people would think that looks nice,I’ll have a go at that it makes the book pretty useless for beginners. Most of us wouldn’t even know what most of the recipes are. People need to see what they are cooking.

Salinity and ph meter
I was a bit sceptical about purchasing this as China's along way if it should go wrong. It works a treat. Very accurate and hardly needs recalibrating. Bottles of fluid could be a bit bigger and wider so they don't over flow or tip over when immersing the probes (had to get the Mrs to hold it) and a ph10 would have been better than a ph4 fluid. I found it easier to calibrate with the real sea water I use. Apart from that I can't fault it. As long as the probes are clean and the occasional shake to remove air bubbles once in a while all you really need to do is check the salinity with a refractometre every couple of weeks for a while until you know it's reading as it should. Nobsound valve pre amplifier
1 of 1 found this helpful This is the 2nd nobsound amp I’ve purchased. ( the first being a headphone amp on my hifi).
I use this one between my iPod and Bose sounddock In the summer house. It makes the average sounding bose sound pretty good and the additional bass and treble add to the sound quality of a brilliant little amp.
