16v charger for Panasonic Toughbooks, good value!
Great price point, nice to have an extra in the bag. This unit has a longer than normal AC cord so you have a bit more reach. The LED changes color from blue to purple as the unit is charging.
The thing to note is that there are many 5.5mm chargers out there but the majority are 19v - this is out of spec for the Toughbook which charges at 15.5-16.5v - the higher voltage of a mismatched charger can blow a fuse on the board and lead to overcharging/battery damage.

Toughbooks are awesome!
The Tough book is a very modular and durable machine. Refurb was cleaned up well and ready for use. I use them for emergency communications. You can't beat the tough machines, all parts are available to add on or repair.
