Plastic stylus
I debated between these and the non-Nintendo branded metal versions. Between the two I would recommend the metal ones. The plastic ones are flimsy and do not retract/extend as easily as the plastic ones. While they do fit into the stylus slot of a 3DS and a DS Lite, they tend to be looser. At least the colors are bright, won't be losing these.
I did also purchase the metal versions and they do fit much better and extend/retract like the original stylus.

Great Stylus for 3DS
These are great! They fit in both a DS Lite and a 3DS. They retract/extend much better than the nintendo branded plastic stylus. The fit is perfect and they feel like they're good metal quality. Recommend way higher than the nintendo branded stylus.
