Great camera, short battery life

This camera takes clear photos, is easy to handle and is fun to use. I plan to mostly use this camera to shoot video while on hiking/backpacking trips. It has great image stabilization, feels great in your hands and I love the fully articulating screen. My only qualm with this camera is the battery life. I can run the battery down in just one full day after shooting around 100 photos and a short video. Not terrible, but considering that I will be taking it on backpacking trips I will need to buy extra batteries. All in all though, I really enjoy using it and look forward to capturing more moments, landscapes and memories on hikes and backpacking trips.
