  I purchased an item that did not arrive. Unfortunately when the item was stated shipped by the seller, it was untracked and as I waited a two weeks the package did not arrive. During this time I contacted the seller to inquire if they know if the package will arrive soon and they suggested for me to wait and they offered me a refund. I’ve tried to contact the seller back to take up on the refund option and as of the time I am writing this, I have not received any communication.
