  The item i purchased was for a left hand drive car and I need it for a right hand drive vehicle in the description it didn’t mention left or right, raised my concerns and then they tried to get me a right hand drive part but it would take 4weeks to arrive so they offered me a refund straight away and I accepted,would definitely use these people again great service and communication.

  Late delivery, to the point where I’d put a dispute in, but to be fair to the seller the item arrived as described, very well packaged, about three wks late, a day after we’d agreed to send another set out, which I hope they managed to cancel in time, I honestly believe the delay as down to the delivery and not the sellers fault, his communication was spot on and very swift with replies, maximum reply time was one day, and best was 10 mins would definitely use and recommend, top ebayer A***

  Item arrived in decent time considering it came from china, unfortunately I was unable to use it as it arrived damaged. This is no doubt down to the couriers mishandling it and no fault of the seller. I won't be returning it as it is such a low value item it is not worth the effort, it will just go in the bin. No issues with this seller.
