Throat Lozengers
Of everything on the market, these are the only things that actually work for a sore throat ! My wife was using these for years and one day recently, I had come down with a loss of voice and a sore throat. I didn’t have anything to take for the sore throat, so my wife suggested the Honess. I couldn’t believe it. After two, I had no more throat pain. I swear by them 100%.

Nordic fish oil
A little expensive but well worth it knowing your not getting other chemicals with it. They’re grest
