It does help me sleep. The dose is the right size per pill.

It works for now.
It was a little difficult to put on. It was the right size. Given my past experience with replacement watches, I do not expect very long life.

It did fit my vehicle as advertised. I do not have the equipment to properly test how it is working. I assume it is.
