  Terrible experience. The seller has been very rude to me. I was very nice when I opened a case of explaining that this item did not work. After seven hours the battery never charged at all. I provided proof with Photos when I open the case. The seller was very rude when I explained that I was not paying for the return shipping on this vacuum cleaner since it was not described. He told me to watch my mouth and that he reported me for being rude?! Blocked. Won’t be dealing with this one anymore
