This brown synthetic leather bar tape is a better color match to my SMP Lite 209 leather saddle than Brooks microfiber though the Brooks is a slightly nicer product.

This was the proper part for the job which is very specific to the Thule Big Mouth bike rack and certain Thule or VW cross bars.

Quality product
This handlebar is well made with a nice finish. The shape looks more purpose-built than some of the single piece swept back handlebars (think "industrial"). The angle does help reduce my particular wrist/hand problems. I use it on a flat-bar gravel bike rather than a XC mountain bike so I can't say how this shape will work with more aggressive riding styles.
